Military families face unique challenges before, during and after deployment.

During deployment, one primary caregiver is often left alone to deal with the hard work of raising a family – while also facing the fears associated with having a loved one at war. Before and after deployment, families might be faced with a range of challenges including – sudden and frequent moves, financial difficulties, transitioning back into civilian life and employment, and addressing war-related disabilities and injuries.
